Magali De Alba, a Sophmore,  business analytics with emphasis in marketing major from Delavan, Wisconsin, is on track to graduate in May 2028. Currently in her two semesters as a board member, Magali holds two roles in AMA as Vice President of Recruitment as well as an Account Assistant for CMU.

AMA has played a significant role in Magali’s  personal and professional growth. She values the organization’s strong focus on networking and its competitive events, which have helped her continually improve and expand her abilities. 

Outside of AMA, Magali took on the position of content creator and event planner for Women in Business Institution at UW-Whitewater. She also works at the UC finance department. She enjoys working out, exploring new places, and spending time with her friends and family. She thrives on new experiences and is passionate about forming meaningful connections wherever she goes.

This semester, Magali is excited to take on her two leadership roles and is eager to make the most of every opportunity AMA has to offer.
