Abby Zimmerman is a first year student from Burlington, Wisconsin. She’s majoring in Marketing with an emphasis in Professional Sales. In her first semester in AMA, after multiple interviews, she was selected for the Presidential position within the New Member Committee division. With that position comes the responsibility serving on the AMA board of New Member engagement. Abby will continue to serve in her roles within these committees. She will also serve as VP of Conference and Travel for the AMA board. Abby’s favorite part of AMA is meeting new people and making new friends.

When she isn’t in AMA,  Abby is a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens in her hometown. She has been working in the Pharmacy for about a year. She is grateful to her coworkers for their support regarding her college commitments.

Abby is thankful for the opportunity to take these positions within AMA,  and is excited for future competitions she will participate in. AMA has created a strong passion for her marketing major. It’s also created a strong drive to be involved on campus.
