Rafa Alvarez-Reyes is a junior from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is majoring in Marketing with a digital marketing emphasis. For his third semester as an AMA board member, he will be serving as the President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging as well as the President-elect of AMA Whitewater. Rafa’s favorite part of AMA is getting to know local recruiters and getting advice from professionals who have been in his same shoes before. 

Outside of AMA, Rafa work as a Marketing Assistant for the CoBE internal marketing staff. Over the summer, Rafa caddies and works as a bagroom attendant at Bluemound Golf and Country Club in Wauwatosa, WI. 

Rafa is extremely grateful for all the opportunities he has gotten to experience and people he’s met through AMA. This organization has allowed him to learn more about the field he wants to get a job in than anywhere else. He is honored to hold a leadership position and to have the chance to contribute to UWW AMA’s legacy
